Summary: I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the parking was very convenient. The location is also excellent. Everything was well organized and made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Summary: The air conditioning was not effective and the room felt too warm. The valet is free so that's nice. One of the room's shower was broken with a missing glass panel. When we asked for a discount upon our check-out, the staff blamed us for not calling technical services or requesting a room change, even though this was almost at midnight and we were too tired to move rooms at that point. They refused any compensation and were not willing to budge. Not even a free breakfast... Overall, the way the issue was handled was very disappointing, and we will not be returning to this hotel.
